Job description

  • Build & maintain an effective front-line relationship with assigned customers in order to build strong loyalty and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution.
  • Oversee, maintain and develop existing business within his assigned customers/territory.
  • Develop a daily/weekly call/visit list and maintain information accuracy monthly.
  • Conduct an intensive and structured prospecting of new customers, develop a target list of new customers with a regional manager’s support to tackle and acquire new accounts.
  • Tackle and recruit new customers and apply administration pre-requisite to open new internal customer code.
  • Follow up on orders and deliveries and ensure proper customer service.
  • Track and analyze sales goals and objectives on daily basis.
  • Review daily sales reports to manage and coordinate work activity.
  • Handle and respond to existing products queries from clients quickly, effectively and accurately.
  • Provide customers with the appropriate selection, sampling of products in response to their inquiries and provide quotations accordingly.
  • Respond to customer complaints and follow-up with the concerned department to resolve ASAP to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for customers balance confirmation/reconciliation and collection of payments from customers as per company policy.
  • Gather market information on competition activities, products, pricing, and market trends & report to the management.
  • Follow the management direction in all aspects of the sales cycle.
  • Attend required meetings and scheduled training assigned by the sales manager.
  • Attend job needs and work as a team player.
  • Uphold corporate integrity and values while ensuring all activities comply with company policies and procedures.

Skills

  • High school diploma or higher.
  • 1-3 years previous sales, business or food service experience with an interest in food business practices and food preparation or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Hands-on commitment to getting the job done.
  • Experience in the local Food Service Market – Preferred.
  • FMCG background with multinational brands – Preferred.
  • Holds extremely high moral and ethical values.
  • Age 24- 30 years.
  • Driver’s License.
  • This position requires customer focus with comprehensive communication skills & the ability to express self verbally.
  • Must be goal driven, have good organizational and administration skills to self-manage and develop discipline.
  • Self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
  • Systematic mind, flexible and willing to learn and be coachable.
  • Team Player, with excellent communication and people’s skills.
