Job Summary
We are looking for a Finance Manager to oversee end-to-end hotel finance operations including VAT compliances, payments, booking to cash collection, vendor reconciliations, and hotel P&L management. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting, financial controls, hospitality finance operations, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete hotel finance operations and daily accounting activities
- Ensure timely VAT/GST compliances, filings, and statutory requirements
- Handle vendor payments, expense tracking, and reconciliation processes
- Monitor booking to cash collection cycle and ensure timely revenue realization
- Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve outstanding issues
- Prepare and analyze Hotel P&L, MIS reports, and financial dashboards
- Track revenue, costs, profitability, and operational financial performance
- Coordinate with operations, procurement, and business teams for financial planning
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and compliance policies
- Support month-end closing, accruals, and financial reporting activities
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of hotel finance and accounting processes
- Knowledge of VAT/GST compliances and reconciliations
- Expertise in P2P, O2C, vendor management, and cash flow monitoring
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Desired Candidate Profile
Note: This job is based out of Jeddah, KSA,
Hotel Finance experience is mandatory.
Required Skills
- MBA Finance / M.Com / CA Inter preferred
- 48 years of experience in hotel finance, hospitality accounting, or finance operations
- Experience in hospitality industry preferred
Preferred Candidate
- Candidate with hotel/hospitality finance background
- Strong exposure to P&L management and operational finance
- Immediate joiners preferred
