Roles & Responsibilities
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Responsible for supporting the O&AT ATD SD.
- Support and operate within the ATD training Concept of Operations (CONOPS) to meet O&AT requirements for all initial, conversion and continuation training syllabuses
- Coordinate and conduct ATD scheduled events in accordance with (IAW) RSAF and BAESSA training and governance policies
- Coordinate instructional and support staff to adequately resource the ATD scheduled events
- Maintain ATD Instructional standards and ensure ATD output meets or exceeds customer requirements
- Support ATD management, instructional and support staff to ensure the ATD training service utilizes best practice and delivers an optimum solution for KFAB Hawk units.
- Coordinate other ATD Simulator PILOT currency, competency training and evaluation.
- Deliver scheduled training to the required standard on the Hawk T-165 Full Mission Simulator (FMS).
- Deliver scheduled training to the required standard on the Hawk T-165 Integrated Procedures Training (IPT)
- Deliver scheduled training to the required standard on the Hawk T-165 Egress Training Device (ETD) and Ejection Seat Training Device (ESTD).
- Deliver scheduled ground training to the required standard in the Hawk T-165 Multimedia Computer Based Training (MCBT) classroom
- Utilise the Flying Operations Training Management Information System (TMIS) and Learning Management System (LMS).
- Update courseware utilising the Learning Content Management System (LCMS) and in accordance with (IAW) DSAT processes.
- Administer and grade trainee ground-based examinations.
RECRUITMENT SPECIFICATION
- Must be a highly experienced military/ex-military IP with extensive proven experience.
- One fast jet tour commensurate with T-165 capabilities.
- ATD IPs must be contracted regulation criteria
- Instructors will have aircrew experience and should have completed a recognised service instructional tour.
- Possess a QFI/QWI/FWI or equivalent instructional qualification. Additional O&AT essential requirements for the ATD IP include:
- Competently able to use Microsoft Office products.
