Responsibilities:
  • Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, system updates)
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems
  • Prepare HR documents such as contracts, letters, and reports
  • Respond to employee queries and provide basic HR support
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance of HR data
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and audits
  • Support HR projects, training coordination, and engagement initiatives

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree (or final year student) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and practices is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Eagerness to learn and work in a dynamic environment
