We’re excited to introduce our Graduate Trainee Program – Sales/Commercial track, designed to develop the next generation of sales talent.

What you’ll do:

• Learn how to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Work closely with sales teams on real business opportunities
• Analyze customer needs and contribute to value-based solutions
• Support sales teams in managing customer accounts and territories
• Gain exposure to CRM tools, sales processes, and pipeline management
• Participate in business development and account development planning activities

Skills

Who We’re Looking For:

• Fresh graduates
• Degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields
• Strong communication skills and passion for sales
• Motivated, results-driven, and eager to grow
• Fluency in English and Arabic language
• Graduated from a university in Saudi
• Based or residing in Saudi
