Saudi ARAMCO SMP Opportunity - Associate Cybersecurity Analyst
Technical Requirements
• Knowledge and basic understanding of networking and operating systems
• Familiarity with security concepts (Authentication and authorization)
• Understanding of log monitoring and alerts tools
• Familiarity with machine learning foundations
• Familiarity with Prompt Engineering & Agentic AI
• Knowledge and basic understanding of Cloud
• Familiar with Secure Email Gateways, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC to prevent email spoofing and phishing.
• Understands web filtering tools, URL filtering, and secure web gateways to block access to malicious websites.
• Knowledge and basic understanding of secure web gateways, URL filtering, and SSL decryption to prevent access to malicious websites and protect users.
• Familiar with Secure DNS, Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), and wireless security controls
• Understands phishing, malware, and ransomware attack vectors.
• Collaborates with SOC teams to triage incidents, analyze alerts, and apply defensive controls.
Certification Required
• COBIT 5 Fundamental (Preferred)
• CompTIA security+ (Preferred)
• Certified AI Security Professional (CAISP) (Preferred)
• CEH – Certified Ethical Hacker (Preferred)
• SANS301 and/or SANS401 or equivalent (Preferred)
• GIAC Machine Learning Engineer (Preferred)
Preferred Major
Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering
