Job Title – HR Admin
Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia


About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Admin to support daily human resources and administrative operations. This role involves handling employee records, coordinating HR processes, assisting with recruitment and onboarding activities, and ensuring smooth administrative support across the organization.


Key Responsibilities


HR Administration & Employee Records
Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases.
Ensure proper documentation for employee onboarding, transfers, and exits.
Handle HR correspondence, letters, contracts, and administrative documentation.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.


Recruitment & Onboarding Support
Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating recruitment activities.
Support onboarding processes, document collection, and employee orientation.
Coordinate with departments regarding manpower requirements and hiring updates.
Ensure smooth joining formalities for new employees.


Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
Monitor attendance records, leave management, and employee timesheets.
Coordinate payroll-related information with finance or payroll teams.
Assist employees with HR-related queries regarding leave, attendance, and policies.
Ensure timely processing of HR administrative requests.


Employee Support & Coordination
Act as a point of contact for employee administrative concerns.
Support employee engagement and internal HR initiatives.
Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and HR events when required.
Maintain effective communication with employees and department managers.


Compliance & Documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
Maintain visa, residency, and employee documentation records where applicable.
Assist with audits, inspections, and HR compliance reporting.
Ensure proper filing and document management procedures are followed.


Office Administration Support
Provide general administrative support for office operations.
Manage office supplies, documentation, and coordination activities.
Assist in maintaining organized administrative processes and workflows.
Support management with reports, scheduling, and coordination tasks.


Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in HR administration or office administration roles.
Familiarity with HR processes, employee documentation, and labor regulations.
Experience working with HRMS or ERP systems is an advantage.
