We are looking for a Senior Territory Lead to drive Joint Replacement activity in Central Region
What you will do:
Establishing and developing relationships with current and potential customers in their area of responsibility and maintaining its continuity
Tracking trends, competitors, developments in products and legal regulations in their area of responsibility and reporting to their manager
Carrying out the sales-related activities in accordance with the regional sales targets determined in line with the company's strategies and sales targets and preparing the sales reports requested by the manager
Planning, implementing and reporting customer/partner visits and demos in accordance with the sales targets and customer demands
Evaluating the requests for proposals from the customer/partners in their area of responsibility and preparing a complete list of materials according to the customer needs
Informing customers about purchasing methods (tender, intermediate purchase, leasing, external purchase etc.) and cooperating with the tender department in the projects decided to be procured and supporting the completion and reporting of the projects.
Keeping track of material delivery dates in their area of responsibility and informing customers
Carryingoutthedeliveryandinstallation of thematerials, providing post-salesusertrainingandattendingthesurgerycases.
Bringingcustomerbillstotheaccrualstageandfollowingupthecollectionswiththe Finance and Accounting departmenttoensurethatthecollectionsaremade at givenduedates
Communicatingcustomerfeedback (complaint) totheQuality Management Representativeand Manager, evaluatingthefeedbacks in theirownarea of responsibility, takingnecessaryactionsandreportingthemtothecustomerandrelatedpersons
PreparingtheCongress/Demo materials, usingthemappropriatelyanddeliveringthematerialstothestorehouse in a sterilizedandnon-damagedcondition
Communicatingthescientificsupport requests & planstothe marketing department in theregionswhere they workandsupportingtheprocess
Providingsupporttologisticsteamwhenneeded.
What you need:
Required
Bachelor’s degree in business, medical or related
Minimum 3 years’ Sales experience with Diploma in related field. Higher Education preferrable.
Experience in Orthopaedic field
Knowledge of Medical Device environment & Medical Device regulations required.
