Required Skills & Experience:

• 2 Months- 3 months/ fresher of total experience in IT recruitment

• Proven success in hiring for niche technology roles (React, Java, Cloud, Data, SAP, Salesforce, etc.).

• Strong understanding of IT skills, project structures, and technology stacks.

• Experience in both volume hiring and niche/senior-level hiring.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency with ATS systems, recruitment analytics, and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
