Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary:
The Environmental Consultant Lead will be responsible for leading environmental consultancy
services, providing technical expertise, managing projects, and supporting business development.
The role involves environmental assessments, regulatory compliance, site investigations, and
client advisory services across sectors such as construction, oil & gas, industrial, and government.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Environmental Consultancy & Technical Services
• Conduct environmental impact assessments (EIA), environmental audits, and due
diligence studies
• Perform contaminated land assessments
• Design and supervise soil, groundwater, air, and waste sampling programs
• Interpret laboratory results and prepare technical reports
• Provide mitigation measures and environmental management plans (EMP)
• Support risk assessments (human health & ecological)
2. Regulatory Compliance & Standards
• Ensure compliance with local environmental regulations
• Apply international standards (e.g., ISO 14001, World Health Organization, United States
Environmental Protection Agency)
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and support permitting processes
3. Project Management
• Plan, execute, and manage environmental projects from proposal to completion
• Coordinate with laboratory, field teams, and subcontractors
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables
• Ensure QA/QC procedures are followed
