Job DescriptionOverview

Oversee telecom infrastructure supporting BRT operations, ensuring mission-critical communication systems perform reliably.

• Supervise fiber optic networks, CCTV, public address, radio, and SCADA systems
• Monitor contractor O&M performance and ensure KPI compliance
• Ensure system redundancy, resilience, and disaster recovery readiness
• Review telecom system designs, upgrades, and expansions
• Coordinate integration with OCC systems and ITS platforms
• Conduct audits and fault investigations

• Degree in Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering
• 10+ years’ experience in telecom systems for BRT, rail, or infrastructure projects
• Expertise in fiber optics and critical communication systems
• CCNP/CCIE or equivalent preferred
