Job description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and commercially aware Assistant Purchasing Manager to support procurement operations and contribute to the transformation of Carlton Al Moaibed into a flagship Vignette Collection hotel in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Your Impact
You will support a dual focus:
1. Procurement Operations & Cost Control
- Support daily purchasing activities and procurement processes across hotel departments
- Assist in sourcing suppliers and negotiating competitive pricing and contracts
- Ensure timely purchasing of hotel operational requirements while maintaining quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and support cost-control initiatives
- Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth purchasing operations
2. Supplier & Compliance Support
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Support supplier evaluations and performance tracking
- Ensure purchasing activities comply with hotel policies and company standards
- Assist in monitoring market trends, pricing, and product availability
- Support accurate documentation, purchasing records, and invoice follow-up
What You Will Support

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in purchasing, procurement, or store operations within hospitality
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good organizational and administrative abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hotel purchasing systems and procurement procedures is an advantage
- Pre-opening experience is an advantage
