Role OverviewAs a Sales Capture Senior Manager focused on Adobe and Salesforce platforms, you will lead the origination, shaping, and closure of large, complex digital transformation deals. You will work with clients to define and execute customer experience (CX), marketing, commerce, and CRM transformations powered by leading platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud and Salesforce.
You will play a pivotal role in bringing together Accenture’s cross-functional capabilities to create differentiated, value-led solutions that drive measurable business outcomes and enhance customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities Sales Capture LeadershipLead end-to-end sales capture for large, strategic deals across Adobe and Salesforce ecosystems
Define winning strategies, including deal shaping, commercial positioning, and competitive differentiation
Orchestrate multi-disciplinary teams to develop compelling proposals and client solutions
Client Engagement & Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders (e.g., CMO, CIO, Chief Digital Officer)
Position Accenture as a strategic partner in customer experience, marketing, and CRM transformation
Translate client business needs into actionable digital and platform-led solutions
Solutioning & Value PropositionShape integrated solutions leveraging Adobe Experience Cloud and Salesforce capabilities (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Commerce, Experience, CRM)
Partner with solution architects and delivery teams to ensure scalable, feasible, and innovative offerings
Articulate clear business value, ROI, and customer impact aligned with client priorities
Commercial & Deal StructuringLead commercial negotiations, including pricing strategy, contract structuring, and risk management
Ensure compliance with Accenture governance and profitability targets
Drive deal closure while balancing client value and business outcomes
Business Development & Market ExpansionIdentify, originate, and develop new opportunities within target accounts and industries
Contribute to go-to-market strategies and campaigns focused on Adobe and Salesforce offerings
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities across the region
Collaboration & LeadershipCollaborate with account teams, global experts, and platform leads to deliver best-in-class client solutions
Mentor junior sales and consulting professionals, fostering a high-performance culture
Support knowledge sharing and capability development within the Adobe and Salesforce practices
