Procurement – Senior Civil Engineer | KSA
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our Procurement team in KSA. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing technical procurement activities, vendor coordination, material evaluation, and cost optimization for large-scale construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review civil material submittals, specifications, and BOQs
- Coordinate with suppliers, consultants, and project teams
- Handle RFQs, technical comparisons, and vendor evaluations
- Support procurement planning and material delivery schedules
- Ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards
- Participate in cost control and value engineering initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 8+ years of experience in construction procurement
- Strong knowledge of civil materials and suppliers in KSA
- Experience with large-scale construction projects
- Excellent negotiation and coordination skills
