QC Piping Inspector
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma with 8-12 years of experience, mandatory
valid Saudi Aramco approval (SAP/CBT), and strong knowledge of ASME/API/SAES standards.
Candidates must have extensive experience in piping construction, NDT interpretation, and material
traceability for Oil & Gas projects.
Key Requirements:
Approval & Certification: Must be a Saudi Aramco-approved Piping QC Inspector with a valid
Computer-Based Test (CBT) certification.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant diploma.
Experience:
o Degree Holders: Minimum 8 years of experience in mechanical and piping inspection.
o Diploma Holders: Minimum 12 years of experience in piping inspection.
Technical Skills: Deep understanding of ASME, API, and [Saudi Aramco Engineering
Standards (SAES)], particularly regarding piping installation, welding, and NDT (Non-
Destructive Testing).
Specializations: Experience in RTR (Reinforced Thermosetting Resin) piping inspection is
highly valued.
Job Requirements: Ability to monitor welding, perform fit-up inspections, and manage
material traceability.
Skills
Degree: 8 years’ experience, Diploma: 12 years exp., ASME, API, and
Saudi Arabia Engineering Standard (SAES), particularly regarding piping installation, welding, and NDT
(Non-Destructive Testing). Valid Aramco CBT/SAP Approval is mandatory.
