- Provide technical support for ERP systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP, Oracle, and other enterprise software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements in IT operations.
- Develop and maintain documentation of IT processes, procedures, and standards.
- Troubleshoot hardware problems on Windows-based machines.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies regarding data security and privacy
