Plan and distribute daily tasks for operators across cutting, boring, CNC, billet shotblasting, glass pad, heating, expanding, extrusion, tool management, crane, and ROT.
Monitor production operations to ensure compliance with quality standards and production schedules.
Provide technical guidance and support to operators in problem-solving.
Ensure all machines and tools are operated safely and maintained properly.
Coordinate with other foremen and production engineer for material flow and resource allocation.
Conduct daily inspections of work areas and equipment.
Enforce safety rules and ensure operators wear PPE.
Train and develop operators for multi-skill capabilities.
Report production performance, issues, and downtime.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in quality, efficiency, and safety.
Manage the attendance of workers according to the work plan.
Manage tools and consumables and submit requests to maintain stock.
Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical/production field.
5-7 years’ experience in pipe production or extrusion industry.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Good knowledge of cutting, machining, billet preparation, heating, extrusion, and tool management.
Ability to coordinate multiple processes and teams.
Safety and quality mindset.
Communication and basic English proficiency.
Ability to use computer and softwares."
