Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate all post-process activities on the field, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Manage and supervise a team of field technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to optimize their effectiveness.
Inspect completed work to verify compliance with specifications, blueprints, and industry best practices, proactively addressing any discrepancies.
Supervise and manage all post-processing operations (Heat treatment, straightning, cutting, facing, pickling..) to ensure products meet required specifications, safety standards, and production schedules.
Desired Candidate Profile
Knowledge of machine operation and basic troubleshooting.
Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions.
Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills.
Basic english
Ability to use measuring tools and calculations.
Basic computre knowladge and machines HMIs and controllers
strong leadership skills.
Plan and assign daily tasks for post-process operators.
Monitor operations such as heat treatment, facing, pickling, packing, and wastewater treatment.
Ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.
Coordinate with other sections to maintain smooth production flow.
Solve operational issues and provide guidance to operators.
Conduct regular inspections and enforce safety rules.
Report production status and issues to the production engineer.
