Roles & Responsibilities

The role covers Visual, Dimensional, PMI, UT, ECT, Hydrostatic, and Raw Material inspections, ensuring compliance with ITPs, customer requirements, and international standards (ASME, ASTM, EN, Aramco, ISO). The Process Foreman manages inspectors, maintains equipment readiness, oversees reporting in MES systems, and supports audits and customer witness inspections.


  • High school diploma or college degree (Engineering/Metallurgy/Quality preferred).

  • Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in pipe & tube manufacturing or heavy industry, including at least 3 years in a NDT inspection field.

  • Strong knowledge of NDT (UT Level II, ECT Level II preferred), Hydrostatic Testing, PMI, and dimensional/visual inspections.

  • Familiar with international standards (ASTM, ASME, API, EN, ISO 9001).

  • Good leadership and team management skills.

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

  • Computer skills for documentation and reporting (MS Office, MES preferred).

  • Aramco or other client approval as Foreman/Supervisor is an advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Nonconformance & Reporting

  • Review NCRs raised by inspectors, classify severity, and approve actions.

  • Coordinate CAPA with QA/QC Manager or Quality Engineer.

  • Prepare consolidated daily/weekly inspection reports for management.

  • Equipment & Resource Management

  • Ensure inspection equipment (UT, ECT, Hydro benches, PMI devices, gauges) are calibrated and functional.

  • Manage consumables and spare parts inventory.

  • Coordinate with maintenance for preventive/breakdown maintenance.

  • Team Leadership & Training

  • Mentor and train junior inspectors in inspection methods.

  • Build multi-skill capability within the team.

  • Handle conflicts between QA/QC and production.

  • Reporting & Systems

  • Oversee accurate input of inspection results into MES.

  • Ensure data integrity, completeness, and availability for audits.

  • Provide summaries and feedback to Quality manager.

  • Safety & HSE Compliance

  • Enforce HSE rules during all inspection activities.

  • Ensure inspectors use PPE properly.

  • Immediately report unsafe conditions and incidents.

  • Coordination & Support

  • Perform other duties assigned by the Quality Manager

  • Communicate effectively with the Quality Engineer to escalate issues and recommend improvements
