Roles & Responsibilities


ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking an accomplished Electrical Engineer with a minimum of 12 years hands-on experience to join our expanding project delivery team. The ideal candidate shall possess deep expertise across High Voltage (HV), Extra High Voltage (EHV), Medium Voltage (MV), and Low Voltage (LV) systems, with a proven track record on high-rise buildings, residential villas, or large-scale projects. As an Electrical Engineer, you will own electrical design, lead multi-disciplinary coordination, and deliver world-class engineering on some of the most exciting projects on the planet.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead end-to-end electrical engineering design from concept through construction across HV, EHV, MV, and LV systems.

Develop and review single-line diagrams, load calculations, cable schedules, earthing designs, and protection relay settings.

Prepare and validate electrical specifications, design basis reports, and technical submittals.

Coordinate with structural, mechanical, and civil engineering disciplines to ensure seamless multi-disciplinary integration.

Execute and manage substation design including HV/EHV transformers, switchgear, protection, and SCADA/automation interfaces.

Supervise electrical installations on-site and ensure compliance with Saudi ARAMCO, SEC, IEC, and NFPA standards.

Conduct power system studies including load flow, short circuit, arc flash, and harmonic analysis.

Lead client presentations, technical reviews, and Value Engineering sessions.

Mentor and develop junior electrical engineers and technicians within the project team.

Liaise directly with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC), government authorities, and utility providers for approvals.

Ensure project delivery within schedule, budget, and quality benchmarks.



QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Education:

Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) from a recognized university (Mandatory)

Masters Degree in Electrical / Power Engineering (Preferred)

Professional Engineer (PE) license, IEI membership, or equivalent international certification (Highly Desirable)


Experience:

Minimum 12 years of progressive electrical engineering experience post-graduation

At least 5 years in a senior or lead engineering role managing complex multi-discipline projects

Middle East project experience (Experience is a plus)

Prior experience working with international EPC or PMC firms on large-scale developments


Personal Attributes:

Willing and enthusiastic to relocate to Saudi Arabia

Excellent English communication skills. Arabic is Desired

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills

Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality, safety, and on-time delivery
