We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure & Active Directory Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting enterprise infrastructure environments, Microsoft Active Directory services, virtualization platforms, cloud integrations, and overall IT infrastructure operations.

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Microsoft technologies, infrastructure troubleshooting, system administration, security best practices, and enterprise support operations.

• Manage and maintain Microsoft Active Directory environments including:
  • Domain Controllers
    
  • Group Policies (GPO)
    
  • DNS / DHCP
    
  • OU structure and permissions
    
  • AD replication and troubleshooting
    
• Administer and support:
  • Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022)
    
  • File Servers and Print Servers
    
  • Hyper-V and/or VMware virtualization platforms
    
• Manage Microsoft infrastructure services including:
  • Microsoft 365
    
  • Exchange Online
    
  • Azure AD / Entra ID
    
  • Intune
    
  • Hybrid environments
    
• Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and security.
  
• Perform system upgrades, patch management, and backup operations.
  
• Implement and maintain security hardening and best practices for servers and infrastructure components.
  
• Support network and security teams during troubleshooting and infrastructure-related incidents.
  
• Handle disaster recovery planning, backup verification, and business continuity procedures.
  
• Participate in infrastructure projects, migrations, and deployments.
  
• Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and infrastructure diagrams.
  
• Provide L2/L3 technical support and mentor junior engineers when required.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure administration and Active Directory management.
  
• Strong experience with:
  • Active Directory & Group Policy
    
  • Windows Server Administration
    
  • DNS, DHCP, DFS
    
  • VMware or Hyper-V
    
  • Microsoft 365 Administration
    
  • Azure / Entra ID
    
  • Backup Solutions
    
• Experience with monitoring and infrastructure management tools.
  
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  
• Ability to work in fast-paced enterprise environments.
  
• Good documentation and communication skills.
  
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
  

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
  
• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator
  
• VMware VCP Certification
  
• ITIL Foundation
  

• Experience with:
  • SCCM / MECM
    
  • PowerShell scripting
