We are looking for an experiencedLaundry Assistant Manager to support the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla.
Hyatt Place AlUla represents a significant milestone in Hyatt’s expansion across the region and will feature 215 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting space, swimming pool and a fitness center appealing to both leisure and business travelers.
Your Role
As the Laundry Assistant Manager, you’ll support the laundry operations and ensure efficient processing, quality standards, and smooth day-to-day laundry services for the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in managing daily laundry operations
· Ensure proper handling, cleaning, and distribution of hotel linens and uniforms
· Monitor laundry quality standards and operational efficiency
· Supervise laundry colleagues and support daily task allocation
· Ensure laundry equipment is properly maintained and functioning efficiently
· Monitor inventory of laundry chemicals, linens, and supplies
· Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to support operational needs
· Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational procedures
· Support pre-opening laundry setup and operational readiness
Qualifications:Qualifications
· Previous experience in laundry operations within hotels
· Good leadership and team coordination skills
· Knowledge of laundry equipment, chemicals, and fabric care standards
· Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Attention to detail and operational standards
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Excellent English communication
