A large-scale global Saudi operating group is appointing a Chief Executive Officer to lead the next phase of operational scale, execution maturity, and commercial performance across a nationally distributed business.
The organisation operates across multiple service and infrastructure-related verticals with a significant workforce footprint, complex field operations, and active transformation initiatives already underway.
This is a high-accountability operating role with direct ownership of performance, leadership cadence, execution quality, and long-term organisational positioning.
The mandate The incoming CEO will oversee: Multi-site operations and customer delivery performance Commercial growth and operating economics Workforce and leadership alignment across a distributed organisation Ongoing transformation and operational-modernisation initiatives Executive governance and board engagement Strategic partnerships and long-term operating scalability The board is seeking a commercially mature operator who can balance disciplined execution with sustainable growth in a rapidly evolving Saudi market environment.
Structured to attract top-tier executive leadership currently operating at significant scale within Saudi Arabia and the GCC, including performance-linked incentives and long-term alignment mechanisms.
Minimum of 18 years of experience in large-scale operating environments.
At least 5 years in senior leadership positions such as CEO, COO, Country Head, or leading significant business units.
Demonstrated accountability for Profit and Loss within operationally intensive organizations.
Proven experience in managing extensive workforce populations and distributed operational models.
Exemplary executive presence when engaging with boards, shareholders, or governance entities.
Experience operating within Saudi Arabia, the GCC, Africa, and globally is highly preferred.
Fluency in both Arabic and English is desirable.
Particular interest in leaders who have: Led operational transformation at scale Managed customer-facing service or infrastructure-heavy businesses Built strong executive teams and succession depth Stabilised performance while maintaining growth momentum Operated effectively in founder-led, family-owned, shareholder-led, or institutional environments This role is not suited to: Pure advisory or consulting profiles without major operating accountability Executives without meaningful large-scale operational leadership exposure Leaders whose experience has been primarily limited to matrix-reporting corporate structures without full ownership responsibility
