The Opportunity

We are looking for a Team Manager To manage a self directing, multi-functional team to efficiently intake poultry and process specified poultry products to meet internal customer requirements within management performance parameters (Efficiencies loss-in process, zero non-conformance) ensuring adherence to defined Product Specifications, Quality and Safety standards .

Candidate must meet the following criteria to be shortlisted:

• Degree in Poultry Processing / Food Technology or related
• Minimum 2 year’s experience in a similar position within a Poultry or food environment.
• Working knowledge and understanding of implementation of international Quality Standards like ISO 9000 and HACCP. 
• Experience in high volume operational environment.
• Handled a multinational and multifunctional workforce Experience in finalizing plans /targets with production management team with regards to production and maintenance activities.
• Maintain safe working environment and minimize accidents. Exposure in automated process control production
• Knowledge of implementation of international quality standards
• Propose plant modifications and process optimization to reduce costs and improve service level.
• Able to manage a multinational and multifunctional workforce
