About the Role We're looking for a driven Regional Operations Manager to lead our dark store network across the region.
You'll own end-to-end operational performance, manage a team of City and Area Managers, and be accountable for cost efficiency and unit economics.

Responsibilities Regional Leadership & Performance Management — Lead and manage City Managers and Area Managers across the region.
Set KPIs, conduct business reviews, and build succession plans.
Store Operations & Service Performance — Oversee end-to-end dark store operations from inbound and putaway through picking and dispatch.
Monitor performance dashboards and turnaround times.
Cost Control & Unit Economics — Own the regional operating cost base including manpower, consumables, and equipment.
Drive cost-per-order improvement through process optimization.
Talent, Hiring & Workforce Planning — Lead hiring and onboarding across the management layer.
Build a high-performance culture through coaching, recognition, and accountability.
Quality, Compliance & Continuous Improvement — Lead operational audits and corrective action plans.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and labor regulations.
Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration 8+ years in Operations, with 3+ years leading multi-store or multi-city teams Advanced Power BI and Excel for performance tracking and decision-making
