We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Assistant Manager to support the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla.
Hyatt Place AlUla represents a significant milestone in Hyatt’s expansion across the region and will feature 215 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting space, swimming pool and a fitness center appealing to both leisure and business travelers.
Your Role
As the Housekeeping Assistant Manager, you’ll support the housekeeping operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction across the property.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in managing daily housekeeping operations
· Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet Hyatt cleanliness standards
· Supervise housekeeping colleagues and daily task assignments
· Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas
· Support inventory control for housekeeping supplies and linens
· Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
· Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns efficiently
· Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational procedures
· Support pre-opening setup, deep cleaning, and operational readiness
Qualifications:Qualifications
· Previous experience in housekeeping operations within hotels
· Good leadership and team coordination skills
· Strong attention to detail and quality standards
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Good communication and problem-solving abilities
· Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and safety standards
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Excellent English communication
