Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Expeditor to oversee and coordinate the complete order process from initiation to delivery. The ideal candidate should possess strong project coordination abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring timely execution and smooth workflow across departments.
Key Responsibilities Oversee and monitor the entire order execution process from initiation to final delivery Prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, progress trackers, and step-by-step action plans Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services Identify potential delays, supply chain issues, and operational bottlenecks, and take proactive corrective actions Maintain strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple orders and priorities effectively Act as the primary point of contact for clients by providing regular updates and addressing concerns professionally Monitor risk management procedures and quality assurance/control measures Track project timelines and ensure compliance with delivery schedules and operational requirements Prepare status reports and maintain accurate documentation related to order progress and coordination activities
Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience as an Expeditor or in a similar coordination/project support role Experience in project coordination or project management from conception to delivery Ability to prepare and interpret schedules, flowcharts, and execution plans Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills Excellent communication and client coordination abilities Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance/control processes Bachelor’s degree in Business Management , Supply Chain or related field Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred
