Roles & Responsibilities

Site Supervision

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities related to infrastructure works (roads, utilities, drainage, landscaping, etc.).
• Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor contractor performance, progress, and compliance with project requirements.

Design Review

• Review and validate engineering designs, drawings, and shop drawings.
• Ensure design compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and international standards.
• Coordinate with design consultants and stakeholders to resolve design-related issues.

Material Submittals

• Review and approve material submittals in line with project specifications and quality requirements.
• Ensure all materials used are approved, tested, and compliant with standards.
• Coordinate with procurement and QA/QC teams for timely approvals.

Method Statement Review

• Evaluate contractor method statements for construction activities.
• Ensure construction methodologies meet safety, quality, and technical standards.
• Recommend improvements or corrective actions where required.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures and project quality standards.
• Conduct inspections and ensure closure of non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• Coordinate with QA/QC teams for audits and quality checks.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

• Ensure compliance with KSA safety regulations and project HSE policies.
• Identify risks and ensure appropriate mitigation measures are implemented.
• Participate in safety inspections and incident investigations.

Coordination & Reporting

• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and client representatives.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress and technical reports.
• Support project meetings and provide technical inputs.

Desired Candidate Profile

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to oversee site supervision activities for a large-scale entertainment complex project in Al Khobar. The role requires strong expertise in design review, material submittals, and method statement evaluations, ensuring all infrastructure works are executed in line with project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

About you

• Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in:
  • Site supervision
  • Design review
  • Material submittals
  • Method statement evaluation
• Experience in entertainment, mixed-use, or large-scale infrastructure projects preferred.
• Prior experience in Saudi Arabia / GCC projects is highly desirable.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of infrastructure systems (roads, utilities, stormwater, sewerage, etc.).
• Familiarity with international standards (ASTM, BS, EN) and KSA regulations.
• Proficiency in reviewing engineering drawings and construction documents.
• Experience with QA/QC processes and documentation.
