About the location:

Soon to be one of the region s foremost luxury beachside destinations, The Red Sea will comprise of the idyllic natural islands and lagoons across 200 kms of coastline along the western coast of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, between the cities of Umluj and Al Wajh. The new Four Seasons Resort will be located on Shura Island, the hub of the development and home to a yacht marina, leisure and lifestyle facilities, retail offerings, 18-hole golf course and more. The Red Sea destination is being built with sustainable practices and tourism at its core, with the masterplan being informed by an impressive marine spatial planning simulation to model the environmental impact of development and operations to minimize over-tourism while providing guests with an exceptional travel and lifestyle experience. The destination will also rely on renewable energy and will only develop a small portion of the islands with expansive dedicated conservation zones. The new Four Seasons Resort will offer approximately 149 rooms and suites, all with uninterrupted views over white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters. The property will also feature six restaurant and lounge outlets, meeting and events spaces, a marine discovery centre, Kids for All Seasons space and much more. Whether looking for rest and relaxation or sport and water activities, there will be something for everyone, including a full-service spa with a hammam, tennis courts, three outdoor pools with cabanas, and two separate beaches for families and adults perfect for soaking in the sun or diving down to explore the coral reefs.

The Role of the Night Manager

As a Night Manager, you play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of the resort during overnight hours. Acting as the senior leader on duty throughout the night, you are responsible for maintaining exceptional guest experiences, overseeing overnight operations, and ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of guests and employees at all times.

The Night Manager is often the primary point of contact for guest concerns, late arrivals, VIP requests, operational challenges, and emergency situations during the overnight shift. Your ability to lead calmly and professionally ensures that all matters are handled efficiently while maintaining the highest Four Seasons standards.

This role requires close coordination with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and other operational departments to ensure the resort remains fully operational and prepared for the following day s activities. Through strong leadership, attention to detail, and proactive service, you contribute directly to delivering the personalized luxury experience that defines Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.

You will also oversee nightly financial and operational procedures, including night audit processes, reporting accuracy, and shift handovers, ensuring compliance with resort policies and operational standards.

Area of Responsibility Front Office & Rooms Operations

  • Oversee all overnight Front Office operations including arrivals, departures, room assignments, and guest requests.
  • Ensure smooth communication between overnight and daytime operational teams.
  • Supervise overnight colleagues and ensure adherence to Four Seasons service standards.
  • Handle guest concerns, service recovery situations, and VIP experiences professionally and efficiently.
  • Monitor room status, occupancy, and overnight operational readiness.

Resort Operations

  • Act as Manager on Duty during overnight hours.
  • Coordinate with Security and Engineering teams to ensure guest and colleague safety.
  • Conduct regular inspections of public areas and operational facilities to maintain luxury presentation standards.
  • Respond effectively to emergency situations and operational incidents.
  • Ensure overnight operational procedures and reporting are completed accurately.

Guest Experience

  • Deliver highly personalized and anticipatory guest service.
  • Support guest satisfaction initiatives and ensure prompt resolution of guest concerns.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming resort environment throughout the night.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong leadership, supervisory, and managerial skills.
  • Strong operational knowledge of Front Office and night audit procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and problem solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and guest relations skills.
  • Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and professionally.
  • General PC proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Arabic.
  • Ability to work independently and manage overnight operations efficiently.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum three years of leadership experience within Rooms Division or Front Office operations in a luxury hotel or resort environment.

College degree preferred.
