Key Responsibilities
- Lead national commercial strategy and execution for the aesthetic injectable (neuromodulator/ toxins) portfolio.
- Drive launch readiness, customer adoption, and market penetration plans.
- Develop segmentation, targeting, pricing, and account growth strategies.
- Build strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, KOLs, and strategic customers.
- Lead advocacy, training, and educational initiatives to accelerate product uptake.
- Monitor sales performance, market share, competitor dynamics, and customer insights.
- Manage budgets, investments, vendors, and commercial resources effectively.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Medical, Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and regional teams.
- Ensure full compliance with company standards and local regulations.
