Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead national commercial strategy and execution for the aesthetic injectable (neuromodulator/ toxins) portfolio.
  • Drive launch readiness, customer adoption, and market penetration plans.
  • Develop segmentation, targeting, pricing, and account growth strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, KOLs, and strategic customers.
  • Lead advocacy, training, and educational initiatives to accelerate product uptake.
  • Monitor sales performance, market share, competitor dynamics, and customer insights.
  • Manage budgets, investments, vendors, and commercial resources effectively.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Medical, Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and regional teams.
  • Ensure full compliance with company standards and local regulations.
