Nurse Manager (General Ward, ER, & Multiple Clinical Areas)
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily unit workflows, including nurse scheduling, patient assignments, and resource allocation.

Oversee unit budgets, manage medical supplies, and optimize operational costs.

Handle patient and family grievances promptly to maintain high patient satisfaction scores.

Conduct performance evaluations and support the professional development of unit staff.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

Education: Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or an equivalent field is mandatory.

Experience: Strong operational managerial experience within high-volume or specialized units is mandatory. Similar department-specific management experience is welcomed.

Licensing: Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) registration is highly preferred.
