The Supervisor of Collection is responsible for monitoring and managing the collection team, ensuring that daily operations align with the company's specified collection objectives.

This role involves organizing and distributing tasks among employees, continuously monitoring team performance, and working to improve productivity levels and the quality of communication with clients.
