About the RoleAs the Residential Leasing Manager at Savills Middle East, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing the occupancy and revenue performance of a designated residential portfolio. Reporting directly to the Property Manager, you will lead the entire leasing process, ensuring a seamless experience for both landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities- Leasing Strategy & Occupancy: You will achieve and exceed agreed leasing targets and manage the entire leasing lifecycle with effective pipeline management.
- Marketing & Brand Promotion: You will ensure property listings meet global brand standards and collaborate with the internal Marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns.
- Contract Negotiation & Administration: Negotiate lease terms and oversee documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance and protecting landlord assets.
- Tenant Engagement & Community Experience: Act as the primary contact for new residents, fostering a sense of community and loyalty through proactive engagement and feedback management.
Skills, Knowledge And Experience- 3–5 years of experience in Residential Leasing or Property Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Property software (*, Yardi) and Ejar.
