Position Summary:Responsible for managing and implementing the plant QHSE system for power transformer manufacturing, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 18001 standards, and local regulations covering quality, health & safety, environmental protection, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:Establish, maintain, and improve the plant QHSE management system. Ensure product quality compliance with design and contract requirements. Monitor production quality control and inspection processes. Conduct internal audits and manage supplier/customer quality assessments. Implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures. Perform risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and manage waste/emissions. Support ISO/OHSAS certification and external audits. Conduct QHSE training and promote safety culture. Identify and manage operational and site risks. Develop emergency response and incident management plans. Report QHSE performance and continuous improvement actions.
Requirements:Minimum 8+ years of QHSE experience in manufacturing or power transformer industry. Experience with ≥132k V transformer production and site acceptance preferred. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 / 18001 standards. Saudi
