To provide an exceptional experience for clients and patients of the company through professional reception, effective appointment management, and the use of CRM systems to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction.
? Main Responsibilities:

✅ Manage and update client data through the CRM system efficiently.
✅ Interact with medical inquiries and direct them to the relevant departments.
✅ Resolve client issues and manage complaints effectively and promptly.
? Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service (preferably in the medical sector).
• Proficiency in CRM systems.
