This senior business development role focuses on growing and managing opportunities across public art, culture, and tourism-led projects in the GCC, with a strong emphasis on Saudi Arabia. The position blends strategic BD leadership with deep engagement in the creative and architectural process. Client Details The client is a long-established joint venture operating at the intersection of public art, bespoke architectural fabrication, and large-scale metalwork. With decades of regional presence and international credibility, they work closely with government bodies, cultural institutions, artists, and curators to deliver complex, high-profile projects across the Middle East. A successful Senior Project and Business Development Manager should have: * Proven senior business development experience within culture, tourism, or public realm projects * Background in architecture, engineering, or technical disciplines strongly preferred * Experience working on bespoke, design-led or artist-driven projects rather than pure property development * Strong understanding of how business and relationships operate in Saudi Arabia * Comfortable engaging creatively with artists, designers, and curators * Confident managing complex stakeholders and long sales cycles * A collaborative, empathetic leader who values teamwork and shared success * Curious, open-minded, and willing to learn the nuances of the art and curatorial space * Based in the GCC with a clear desire to build a long-term career in Saudi
