Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
Perform in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with local and international accounting standards
Manage regulatory compliance, liaising with government authorities and external auditors
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
Monitor and mitigate financial risks through effective risk management strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and investment decisions
Mentor and develop junior finance staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications:
5 12 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in a managerial role
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Proven expertise in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, regulatory compliance, financial reporting, and risk management
Deep knowledge of Saudi Arabian financial and regulatory frameworks
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent
Master s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Fluency in Arabic and English
Prior experience working within Saudi Arabian or GCC markets
Familiarity with IFRS and local tax regulations
Demonstrated leadership and team development capabilities
