Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an IAM Associate Manager to join our Accenture Security practice in Riyadh. This role is ideal for a seasoned IAM professional who combines strong technical expertise with delivery leadership and client-facing experience, contributing to large-scale identity transformation and security programs across the Middle East.

Functions to Be Performed

  • Lead the design and delivery of Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions, including identity governance, access lifecycle management, and authentication services
  • Act as a technical lead for IAM platforms, ensuring secure integration with enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and directories
  • Manage delivery teams and oversee day-to-day execution, ensuring quality, timelines, and compliance with security standards
  • Engage with client stakeholders to translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable IAM architectures

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end IAM implementations covering Joiner Mover Leaver (JML) processes, access requests, certifications, role engineering, and segregation of duties
  • Lead and support implementation and/or operations of IAM technologies such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Azure AD / Entra ID, Active Directory, CyberArk, Okta, Ping
  • Define IAM architectures aligned with Zero Trust, least privilege, and compliance frameworks
  • Oversee IAM operations, incident resolution, and continuous service improvement activities
  • Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and performance support to team members
  • Support solution design, estimations, proposals, and client presentations

Experience

  • 8 12 years of overall experience in Identity & Access Management, cybersecurity, or related security domains
  • Proven experience leading IAM projects or workstreams in consulting or enterprise environments
  • Hands-on experience with IGA, PAM, SSO, MFA, and directory services
  • Prior experience managing teams and working directly with senior client stakeholders
  • Experience working with regional or global delivery models is highly preferred

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, access governance, and identity lifecycle processes
  • Solid knowledge of security standards and regulations such as ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR, or regional compliance frameworks
  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
  • Professional certifications are a plus: SailPoint, Saviynt, Azure Security, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent
