Job DescriptionOverview

The Logistics Coordinatorplays a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and timely movement of materials, shipments, and documentation across the company’s supply chain. This role supports daily logistics operations, coordinates with internal teams and external partners, and ensures compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia.

• Shipment Coordination — Manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy in scheduling, documentation, and delivery timelines.

  
  

• Inventory Tracking — Monitor stock levels, update records, and support warehouse teams to maintain accurate inventory data.

  
  

• Vendor Communication — Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport companies to resolve delays, discrepancies, or documentation issues.

  
  

• Documentation Management — Prepare and review shipping documents, customs paperwork, and internal reports.

  
  

• Process Coordination — Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.

  
  

• Cross‑Functional Support — Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure seamless workflow.

  
  

Bachelor’s Degree — In Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

English Fluency — Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excel Proficiency — Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are mandatory (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting).

Saudi Nationality — This position is open to Saudi Nationals only.
