HanmiGlobal Saudi is looking for a dedicated Quantity Surveyor - LD to support our line design projects by managing cost estimation, contract administration, and cost control.
You will play a vital role in ensuring the financial accuracy and efficiency of our LD projects, contributing to their successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities related to line design projects.
Assist in contract preparation, negotiation, and administration for LD scopes.
Monitor project expenditure and cost variations, providing regular financial reports.
Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure accurate measurement and valuation of work done.
Process valuations, variations, and interim payment certificates timely and accurately.
Maintain detailed records of all contract documentation and correspondence.
Assist in resolving contractual issues and claims related to LD projects.
Support senior quantity surveyors in managing overall project cost control.
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in quantity surveying, preferably with exposure to line design projects.
Good knowledge of contract administration, cost control, and quantity take-offs.
Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience working in construction projects within Saudi Arabia or similar markets is an advantage.
working experience in PMC/PMO, Consultant Companies.
