Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Digital Marketing Agency
We are a startup agency looking for a Saudi employee to be responsible for communicating with clients and coordinating projects with the marketing team.
Job Duties:
- Responding to customer inquiries via (WhatsApp, Email, Calls)
- Clearly and convincingly explaining marketing services to clients
- Managing the agency's social media accounts
- A link between the client and our marketing team
Required Skills:
- High communication skills (oral and written)
- The ability to persuade and explain services
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (advertising, social media, e-commerce)
- Working as a team and coordinating with different departments
Preferred:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales
Work Environment:
- Currently working remotely, in the near future a headquarters will be provided in Dammam or Khobar
