Join the Team as a Sales ManagerWe are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Dammam. As a pivotal player, you will lead sales activities and drive business growth within the security services sector.Job Purpose:Your main objective will be to lead our sales efforts, ensuring success in the security services market.Key Responsibilities:Develop and grow client portfolioSecure new contracts in security services / manpower supplyMaintain strong relationships with key accountsAchieve monthly and annual sales targetsCoordinate with operations for service deliveryRequirements:Minimum 5+ years of sales experienceMUST have previous experience in security guard services contracts / manpowerStrong background in B2B sales and contract acquisitionProven ability to generate new business opportunitiesExcellent negotiation and communication skillsAbility to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships
