Key Responsibilities:- Validate the availability of all required documents before starting new jobs to minimize downtime and ensure production consistency.
- Operate machinery according to the Work Instruction and IFM to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot equipment problems and seek support as needed.
- Ensure quality of the start-up run in cooperation with the QC inspector to meet specifications.
- Conduct self-inspections and report any quality defects to the QC team and Team Leader.
- Request maintenance support for corrective actions.
- Assign tasks to Helpers to maintain organized operations.
- Fill in daily production reports and relay information to the Team Leader.
