Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the CEO s calendar aligned with strategic priorities
  • Structure weekly agendas to balance internal leadership and external market activity
  • Prepare the CEO for key meetings, board sessions, and strategic reviews
  • Track action items across leadership and ensure follow-through
  • Coordinate executive travel, logistics, and scheduling
  • Support preparation of executive presentations and materials
  • Maintain documentation of key decisions and governance records
  • Facilitate coordination between departments when required
  • Support planning of external engagements, client meetings, and networking activities

The objective of this role is to ensure that executive focus remains on high-impact leadership, growth, and strategic positioning.

Desired Candidate Profile

Profile & Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree preferred (Business Administration, Communications, or related field)
  • Proven experience supporting senior leadership or C-level executives
  • Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Clear and confident communicator (written and verbal)
  • High level of trustworthiness and sound judgment
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint/Keynote and digital tools, mainly AI
  • Fluent English required; Arabic is a plus
