Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the CEO s calendar aligned with strategic priorities
- Structure weekly agendas to balance internal leadership and external market activity
- Prepare the CEO for key meetings, board sessions, and strategic reviews
- Track action items across leadership and ensure follow-through
- Coordinate executive travel, logistics, and scheduling
- Support preparation of executive presentations and materials
- Maintain documentation of key decisions and governance records
- Facilitate coordination between departments when required
- Support planning of external engagements, client meetings, and networking activities
The objective of this role is to ensure that executive focus remains on high-impact leadership, growth, and strategic positioning.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile & Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree preferred (Business Administration, Communications, or related field)
- Proven experience supporting senior leadership or C-level executives
- Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Clear and confident communicator (written and verbal)
- High level of trustworthiness and sound judgment
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint/Keynote and digital tools, mainly AI
- Fluent English required; Arabic is a plus
