Roles & Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper bookkeeping for all hotel transactions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Assist in payroll processing and related statutory compliance.
Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and other financial documents regularly.
Support budget preparation, cost analysis, and financial forecasting activities.
Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian accounting standards, tax regulations, and hotel policies.
Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations.
Collaborate with department heads to monitor financial performance and control costs.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information and handle sensitive data responsibly.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience as a General Accountant, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel in particular).
Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Desired Candidate Profile
