Roles & Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations across all dining outlets.
Supervise service teams to ensure smooth, efficient operations and high-quality guest experiences.
Ensure adherence to Kerten Hospitality service standards, hygiene, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Monitor guest satisfaction, handle feedback, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Assist in managing inventory, stock levels, and supplier coordination.
Support staff scheduling, task allocation, and shift supervision.
Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and overall ambiance of the restaurant.
Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
Drive service excellence and support continuous improvement initiatives.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Previous experience in a supervisory role within Food & Beverage operations.
Good knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and basic administrative tools.
Strong communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
Detail-oriented with a hands-on, service-driven approach.
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
