Roles & Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations across all dining outlets.

  • Supervise service teams to ensure smooth, efficient operations and high-quality guest experiences.

  • Ensure adherence to Kerten Hospitality service standards, hygiene, and safety regulations.

  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

  • Monitor guest satisfaction, handle feedback, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

  • Assist in managing inventory, stock levels, and supplier coordination.

  • Support staff scheduling, task allocation, and shift supervision.

  • Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and overall ambiance of the restaurant.

  • Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.

  • Drive service excellence and support continuous improvement initiatives.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within Food & Beverage operations.

  • Good knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and basic administrative tools.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a hands-on, service-driven approach.

  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
