Roles & Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and property at all times.
Monitor CCTV, alarms, and access points, reporting any suspicious activity.
Conduct regular patrols of the premises, including restricted areas.
Control access to the property and verify identification of visitors when required.
Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and disturbances, following established procedures.
Report security incidents, hazards, and maintenance issues accurately and in a timely manner.
Support the Security Supervisor in maintaining security procedures and protocols.
Provide a visible security presence to deter potential risks.
Assist guests and staff with safety-related queries in a professional and courteous manner.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Basic knowledge of security procedures and safety regulations.
Good observation and attention to detail.
Ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team and in a dynamic environment.
Physically fit and able to conduct regular patrols.
Fluency in English and Arabic.
Desired Candidate Profile
