The Global Associate Principal is a senior leadership role responsible for leading major consulting engagements, managing key client relationships, and supporting global portfolio development.
The role bridges execution and executive leadership, ensuring delivery excellence while contributing to business growth and strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-stream consulting engagements.
Act as a senior advisor to C-level executives and government stakeholders.
Oversee and guide engagement teams to ensure high-quality execution and delivery.
Contribute to shaping strategic solutions, transformation roadmaps, and business cases.
Support global and regional business development initiatives and strategic pursuits.
Manage and grow key client accounts and ensure long-term partnerships.
Review and validate key deliverables to ensure strategic alignment and quality.
Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and support expansion strategies.
Contribute to firm strategy, capability development, and thought leadership.
Ensure commercial performance and successful execution of engagement targets.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
12–18+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or advisory roles.
Strong background in top-tier consulting firms (MBB, Big 4, or equivalent preferred).
Proven experience in leading large-scale transformation or advisory projects.
Strong client management and executive stakeholder engagement skills.
Demonstrated ability in business development and account growth.
Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking capabilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
Candidate must hold Saudi nationality.
