Role Overview

We are seeking a Proposal Airport Engineer to support the regional aviation team in the preparation of technical proposals and planning studies for airport infrastructure projects across the Middle East.

Based in Riyadh, the role will support proposal development, technical coordination, and airport planning activities, with a focus on terminal and airside infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare technical content, methodologies, and scope narratives for aviation proposals
• Review client RFPs and identify technical risks and opportunities
• Support airport planning studies, layouts, and technical reports
• Coordinate multidisciplinary technical inputs across aviation projects
• Support proposal presentations, technical reviews, and submission activities
• Ensure alignment with ICAO, IATA, and relevant aviation standards

Key Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Aviation Engineering, or related field
• 8–12 years of experience in airport planning, design, or aviation proposals
• Experience in airport infrastructure and multidisciplinary aviation projects
• Proven experience supporting technical proposals and tender submissions
• Middle East aviation project experience is preferred

Professional Knowledge & Skills

• Strong technical writing and proposal preparation skills
• Understanding of terminal, airside, and airport planning principles
• Ability to coordinate multiple technical disciplines and deadlines
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial awareness and understanding of pursuit strategies
