Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing & Field Sales Representative to promote and sell Maintenance, Operation, and Facility Management services. This role involves daily field visits to residential and commercial compounds, shopping malls, offices, hospitals, and various facilities to attract new clients and secure contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct daily field visits to potential clients (residential & commercial compounds, malls, offices, hospitals, etc.)
· Present the company profile and services in a professional and persuasive manner
· Understand client needs and introduce suitable company services
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
· Achieve the required monthly sales targets
Skills
Requirements:
· Previous experience in sales or field marketing (preferably in maintenance & facility management)
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
· Strong communication and negotiation skills
· Strong existing relationships with potential clients
· Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office applications
· Confidence in dealing directly with clients
· Ambitious and target-oriented personality
· Valid driving license
· Transferable Iqama
· Resident of Al Khobar or Dammam
· Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
